Grant Access not working

I've had arlo for years, no issues. I'm trying to add my wife to grant access, but when she accepts the invite, no devices or recordings show up. My account shows that she accepted the invite. When I log into my account on her phone and can see everything, but nothing on her account. We have done all of the following:
- Accepting invite on both phone and computer browsers
- Deleted invite and reinvited
- Reinstalled app
- Completely deleted wife's account and recreated it
Why cant she see the devices? Do I need the subscription to grant access?

You don't need a subscription.
At the moment there are two different User Interfaces - the old one shows "Library", the new one shows "Feed" and "Dashboard" instead. New accounts get "Feed", you likely have "Library".
To get friend access to work, you need to migrate your account to "Feed". You do that by going into "add device" and starting to add a Pro 5s camera. While you can't finish that (since you don't own one), the work flow will still migrate you to "Feed".
A warning though - once you migrate, you cannot migrate back. There are some limitations with "Feed":
- It has no custom modes. There are three built-in ones you can edit, but you cannot add any more.
- Scheduling is different (and difficult)
- Many users are also struggling with geofencing.
