Grant Access not Working for new user

I granted wife access with full privileges. We both have IPhone 12.
iOS current. My app/camera visibility works fine.
She has accepted access. Downloaded app.
Deleted app.
Re-installed app.
Hard restart of phone.
Base station factory reset.
Cameras re-installed.
Again my phone app is functioning correctly.
Wife’s accepted access.
We Can view stored cloud videos on her phone .
But message says base station appears offline on her phone only.
Mine works fine.
She has no view of cameras.
She is receiving motion alerts and can view cloud stored video.
She can not view cameras. Reads unable to connect.
We pay for the Arlo monthly subscription, cvr and cloud storage. Her accepted granted access is not working. How do we fix?

I am thinking that she is accepting the invite on the phone.  Instead, have her click on "create account" on a PC.  That will open the browser to my.arlo.com.  From there, she should just log into her existing account.
