I'm having trouble using my Pro 3 floodlight camera.

I have moved house therefore have had to set up the camera on the app again.

I have gone through the stages and also added it to my subscription plan but I can't do anything with the camera apart from watch live view.

Has anyone else ever had this and resolved?

I'm wondering if the subscription is still somehow linked to the camera from when I has it at the old house?

Can you make a manual recording while live streaming?  (Note - you need to temporarily turn off 2K livestreaming before you try this).

Yes I've just tried recording at that works. How do you turn off 2k streaming as I just hit record? Is that the setting that says power management?

Are you say that you were able to make a manual recording?

You won't see the recording control if 2K streaming is enabled.  The setting that controls it is only shown in the app (not the web browser), and it is under video settings (not power management).

Ah I see. I don't think I have a 2k camera then as I see no option for that in video settings?
Whenever I try to change any settings or even turn the floodlight on it just buffers them says timed out. I'm not getting any motion detection either

The floodlight is 2K.  Are you looking in the app or the browser?  The setting is only shown in the app.

But you can livestream?

How far is the camera from your router (or your base station if you are using one)?

Yes livestream works fine. It didn't when I first set it up but it started working about an hour after setting the camera up. The camera was only 4 metres away from the router when I was trying so that's not the problem. It just doesn't make sense does it

Maybe try removing the battery from the camera, and then reinserting it after 10 seconds or so.  Then see if that makes any difference when you try and adjust a setting.

Unfortunately already tried this and it hasn't worked. Thanks anyway

You could try support (using the support options in the app).  Since you have a subscription, you should see a phone support option.
