Firmware upgrade

Hi, I have 3 cameras that are located in a building about 4 hours away. Since we don't visit this frequently I decided to remove the battery and running them with power from the wall.

 

Cameras was rebooted recently (powerloss) and now it says that firmware upgrade are required but there is not enough power to start the process. Is it required with battery mounted and more than 15% left or is it possible to do the firmware when powered directly from the wall?

Please contact support. Within the app on your mobile device click on the silhouette on the top left ~ support center ~ the device that you are needing assistance with then choose the issue.
