Hi there,
One camera (Arlo 3) is reporting this error and is unable to be used while this error persists. I have tried recycling the base station, reinserting the camera battery, disconnecting and reconnecting the camera. Nothing helps. These are all the solutions that have been posted previously.
Not sure what else to do really, any other suggestions most appreciated. I have got the camera right next to the base station and wifi access point, so signal strength isn't the issue.
I do notice that the firmware on the camera is already the same as the one that says it's being updated to - but it still demands an update and won't work until I do (but I can't), so it's a catch-22.
Any help appreciated, thanks.

Have you removed the camera as well as performing the camera reset procedure before adding back to your account?

I went through all the protocols with tech support but nothing worked, so Arlo have sent me a replacement camera.
