I have a 3x Pro3 Camera connected to basestation, first was removed and reconnected and firmware updated.
Have tried the same process to next camera and after multiple attempts to update firmware, it still fails.
Have even replaced the battery with a new battery and have the camera charged.
What is strange is when I resync and add the camera two things happen that did not happen with the first successful update.
1. It shows an old last image and poor connectivity message.
The battery is charged and the unit is a metre from the base station, still firmware fails to update
2. On resyncing the cameras they move to a trial account.
On resyncing the first camera it updated the connectivity state.
I have a subscription so unsure why it was defaulted to a trial and why I cannot get the firmware to update.
Third camera is currently offline for no apparent reason.
All 3 cameras went offline, it would seem when a firmware update came through and did not apply succesfully on their own.
