Hello Everyone,

I am new to the community and I just purchased Arlo Pro 3 with 2 camera setup from BestBuy and I see that the model number is listed asVMS4240. But, when I view this article:

https://kb.arlo.com/000062337/What-is-Direct-Storage-Access-and-how-do-I-use-it

it says this (Direct Storage Acces) only applies to 4540 or 5000 model smarthub. I am confused so does this mean I would not be able to use Direct Storage access?

Thanks a lot.

That is the Arlo system number. The VMB bit is the hub that comes with it.

Pro 3 hubs support Direct Storage Access.
