I thought I would ask the community since I get no responses on cases, a few weeks ago I was told I would receive a replacement for my Arlo 3 which after long chats. It’s been three weeks I have heard nothing. I have opened a support ticket, it’s been 6 days . The hold times are long and I have already spent hours on this, any suggestions on what to expect so I don’t waste any more time ?
For personalized support specific to the Arlo products you own, access Support from within the Arlo iOS or Android App. Simply login to your Arlo App, go to Settings, Support, then select the Arlo product you would like support for.
