 Had to change an account. Called them and they said they cancelled the account. They said an agent would call be back for the credit. They never called me back. When I called support back they said the account I closed was still open and was never cancelled. I could not believe it!! I would have been charged for two accounts if I did not call back. Worthless support in INDIA. You guys are terrible. DIsgusts me how you run this business.

I want to apologize for any frustration you experienced trying to contact support. That is not at all how we want our customers to feel. I have escalated this to support. Someone will be reaching out to you as soon as possible.

As a follow up here with context, my son opened an account (minor) which never should have been allowed. Took me forever to figure out how to contact a person (the bots are terrible -- didnt drill down to what I needed). When I finally reached someone -- they confirmed the account under my sons name was cancelled, and, that she would have someone reach out to me after to get a credit.

 

So...when I called back because I waited 1/2 day to hear back (and never did)- - they said the account was still open. When I finally closed it again -- they said...drumroll...that the account could not be closed due to technical reasons! Flabbergasted -- I said they needed to close immediately -- and asked to speak to a manager. After being on hold -- they said no one was available to speak to. They said they would get back to me within 24 hours to close this account. 

 

Now this practice here of having tech problems to close an account is just plain unacceptable. In fact, it's unethical. This company is terrible. Batteries by the way are terrible. **bleep**ty service, **bleep**ty product. Stuck with something I hate.
