I created a new mode and called it "Custom Home". I added my three cameras. Under each camera (device), I set the following parameters ...
- Motion detected
- Record video until activity stops
- Siren, push notification and email alerts disabled (un checked)
I still get alerts. I don't want alerts, just record the video and if needed I can go and view recordings.
Anyone know why Arlo continues to send alerts?
Thanks,
Steve

@RaisingArizona It should not send them with those settings. May be a stupid simple question but did you hit save when you changed them. I just use armed mode so not sure if something is different in custom modes.

I am on the three-month trial.
All three of my cameras active for Arlo Smart for People, Vehicles, Animals and all other motions.
I am not sure if I will be subscribing to Arlo's plans or just rely on the USB drive I have plugged into the base station.

@RaisingArizona They should be off in smart settings if you don't want notifications if I read you post right. You should get the recordings though but some have reported lately they dont get recordings no matter what.

Some have also reported that they are getting motion notifications even when "all other motion" is turned off in the smart settings. So there could be a bug here.
