I have 2 Arlo Pro 3 cameras that are not working. How much will it cost to refurbish the cameras and does the refurbishing?

How do I get in touch with the firm that does the refurbishing?

Arlo doesn't offer this, and as far as I know, no one else does either.

Go to eBay and do a search for Arlo Pro 3 cameras and you'll find dozens of refurbished Arlo Pro 3 cameras for sale.

Various folks (including folks on eBay and Amazon) sell refurbished or "renewed" products.

That's a bit different from a company that will refurbish/repair and return your specific cameras.  I think often these folks are offering working cameras that have been returned for some reason, and can't be sold as new.  Or buying salvaged electronics in bulk, and reselling the stuff that still works.  Just my understanding though, and I could be wrong.

Are your cameras not working?  Or is the issue more cosmetic?
