Are the camera all on-boarded?
Is the problem intermittent?
Are the cameras being reported as "off line", or are you just unable to live stream?
When it happens, is it happening on all your cameras at the same time? Or just some?

I have 4 cameras each with a solar panel for charging. Up and running for almost a year now. About 2 weeks ago the busiest camera gave a low battery message. I charged in the house. Had great difficulty getting to show on my app. Finally got it on the app but it will not give live feed not will it record. Also looks like the camera will not charge the battery. I have swapped batteries and solar panels and all indications are that the camera is not allowing charge from solar panel.
Arlo support has been minimal help to this point.

I'd try swapping two of the cameras, and see if another camera has the same problems in that location (using the panel).
