I have followed exactly the steps in the guide but after lengthy searches the message 'cannot fine any arlo devices comes up.
Retried many times same answer
reset button pushed and still no devices found.
the blue light on the hub is lit so I am presumimg it is 'talking to my router and I have tried all three ethernet sockets on my router.
Anyone any suggestions before I box it up and send it back for a refund

Use a pc connected to the local router by Ethernet. Open a web browser to my.arlo.com and login. Add the base station first if you can.

When you pressed the reset button, did you hold it for ~15 seconds, until the LED started flashing amber?
