Chime going offline

I got Arlo Pro3 3 months ago and keep having issue with Chime that go offline. It happen randomly, every few days.

I’ve removed the chime and added it again. I’ve done a reset and added it again. I’ve even removed the app from my iPhone and added both the app and the chime again. I have Chime next to router and WiFi signal is excellent. I don’t have issue with Pro3 camera.

I called support and submitted a ticket but don’t get answer !!!

It may be that the chime is too close to the router. Try a different outlet.

I moved the Chime around different locations in the house, far or closer to the base unit. Still having issue,  Chime have message “Chime disconnected”.

 

When I unplug the chime from the power and put it back it reconnect to the base unit.
