Cannot delete unwanted video clips

Arlo is the worst. The Arlo tech goons keep making things worse. Now I cannot delete unwanted video clips. For goodness sake, hire competent people Arlo!

I can delete mine (both swipe left and using the bulk-delete "select events".  You've never been able to delete locally stored clips from the app (other than by reformatting the storage).

What is happening when you try to delete a clip?
