Hi, I am trying to register my VMB4540 Base station but during the Registration process I get a “Firmware Cannot be checked please try again later”

 

If I choose the try again later I can see the Base station in the App but it says its offline and I cannot do anything with it. If I try adding a camera the the app ask which base station to add the camera to and I can see my base station, when I then choose the base station it comes back with it being offline and cannot be used.

 

I have done the following checks.

Loaded the latest app.

The base station is plugged directly into the router

I am connecting using 2.4Ghz Wifi

I have deleted the base station from my account and factory reset the base station 10 plus times following the      factory reset procedure each time

I have checked the power supply cable and tried a different Cat 5 Cable

Made sure I am running the latest version of IOS on my device

Tried setting up via the MYARLO website

 

At this stage I am a bit frustrated, for a piece of kit worth hundreds of dollars and suppose to be an easy setup

I a bit over it

 

Any help or advise is appreciated

Same Issue, have even deleted account and setup a new account

I have the same issue. i contacted support and they said it is an outage for new bases.
