Can not log in camera Arlo 3 on ny new iPhone 12 max pro after trading 11 max pro

Hi, there,

I need your help because I can not log in camera on my new iPhone 12 max pro after trading my iPhone 11 max pro. How to set up for my new iPhone 12 which is noticed as: "Add Trusted device?" then press "Trust" but it does not work.

I also have a question for you: Can I use my camera when I move out of State and install it again in the new State in U.S.A?

Do you have any other trusted devices you can use?  If you do, then you can use that device to change your 2FA settings.  If not, I think you will need to contact support.
