Can friends with granted access delete videos

I’m the admin on my Arlo pro 3 camera system. I have granted access to my roommate. under her name on my phone it says she has no admin rights then there’s a button at the bottom I can activate ( this is currently disabled) to “grant access rights” which would grant her “access to additional features like mode selection manual recording sharing and deleting” I’m assuming that since this is disabled she won’t be able to do delete videos ect. I just want to verify that is correct and she can not delete video recordings
