Hello community, 3 of my 6 Pro 3 cameras suddenly went offline. All are fully charged no issues there. I tried to restart hub to resolve this, no joy. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks
Craig

Try reinserting the battery on one to see if that helps.

Cameras came back online by themselves yesterday evening, then this morning went back offline again. Wonder if the recent software update that occured by Arlo threw something off?

I have 3 Pro 3 cameras and 2 essential’s and 1 essential XL. All hooked to a base station. Only my pro 3 cameras have been doing this for a little more than a week now. ONLY 2 things bring them back online and that is to remove the battery or plug them into original magnetic arlo battery charger that came in the box. Both of which are extremely inconvenient because they are mounted 10 feet off the ground and need to get on a ladder to get to them. ( Outdoor charger cables doesn't do the trick ) and after doing either of those , half the time they go back offline. The 3 Pro 3’s will come back online by them selfs in the evening randomly. Also should note that all 3 won’t go offline everyday either. I have not been able to find a pattern between the 3. This all started the day after the latest Pro 3 software update. The essential cameras stay fully functioning during the pro 3’s outages as well.

Sounds like I am not the only one experiencing problems after the recent Arlo update. Perhaps our issue can be escalated to Arlo techs and be resolved, I do not know whom to contact. Someone here have a chain of command contact list?

My pro 3 cameras have been going off mid morning and coming back on by themselves in the evening. I have called support several times with no resolve. I have removed the cameras, reinstalled them several times. I have cleared the cache, reinstalled the app and synced each camera several times. I even had my internet company separate my 2.4 and 5 GHz networks. After doing that, Arlo told me there is no way to change my network because my cameras are on a base station which is connected to an Ethernet cable on my router. They have been connected like this the whole time I have Arlo cameras. Nothing has changed except your update. All my problems started mid April after the update.I have 250 download speed and 20 upload speed. I took the power off the base for 30 seconds and put it back but nothing seems to work. I have had Arlo for about 5 years and believe this is all do to the recent update. I have checked my firmware. Cameras and base station have been in the same place for years. Need to find a solution soon or I need to move on to another company which I really don’t want to do unless I can’t get this resolved.

I am new to this community and hope I am doing this correctly. What did you do to get your pro 3 cameras to function properly after the update? Like you, my pro 3 cameras are on in the morning and just go off on their own and then go back miraculously at night. This is ridiculous. If someone falls during the day or steals a package, or worse, there is no proof. Arlo keeps telling me it is me, not them but since I see 2 other people with the same problem, that just proves it is them. Is it time for all of us to get together and start a class action suit if Arlo can’t fix a system that we are paying for? HELP, please. Hope others who are also having this problem will call Arlo to complain. Maybe that will get them motivated to do something. I have tried everything.

If you go to "routines" and then look at "automations" ...
Do you see anything there? If you do, then try deleting all the automations.

LOL, Arlo this is absurd! Cameras offline/online any given day/time. Your recent "update" is clearly a failure! Fix it or I will just go with another product and provider.
