I have two cameras that have stop working. Beforehand that happened they recorded videos upside down and like they just froze in that position and now can’t get them to go back on line. Every time I do a reset I can hear cameras clicking. Need help with this problem

I had one go offline today and pulled the battery to reset it and it blinked blue once then clicked but then went to the fast blinking blue that it did sync. If you didn't get to the fast blue blink you can try rebooting the hub and resetting cam again. Or try removing them from device setting and adding them again.

Shank425-1,
Adding to the suggestion above, attach your Arlo charging cable to the camera while attempting to sync. If the battery is low, that could be causing an issue with the cameras reconnecting.
