Cameras not recording

Can you please help me get my email address on the account.  My daughter helped me set them up but she used her email address

Unfortunately, she needs to remove all devices from her account so you can set the system up using your email/account.

@Kristigirl23 - if your daughter doesn't have any cameras of her own, she can also just change the email address on the account.  That would be quicker than doing everything from scratch.

After that is done, you should set up your phone as a trusted device.  (If she used her credit card for the subscription, you should also change the payment method).

Either way, if you want her to still be able to view and control your cameras, she can continue to do that - just using your account credentials when she opens the app.
