Cameras disabling and I can't see who did it.

A few times I have logged into the app and found 2 of my 4 cameras are disabled. How can I see logs or something that will show me when it disabled and possibly when and why?

There is no access to logs to see when the devices were offline. Here is some troubleshooting steps to see if we can get those cameras to stay online:
