One of our cameras quit working, all the others and the system are fine. The battery is charged, but just in case, I swapped it with another camera’s battery. The batteries were both good. The camera doesn’t flash blue when the new battery is installed either.
Is the camera just suddenly dead? Is there a way to troubleshoot this?

If there is no LED behavior at all, this could indicate a hardware issue. Try factory resetting the camera using the instructions here: https://kb.arlo.com/000062438/How-do-I-factory-reset-and-re-sync-my-Arlo-camera
