Camera will not turn on when battery is changed

One of my cameras will not turn on. I have tried different charged batteries and it still does not work. I have only had the cameras for 3 months.

Try a factory reset.  https://kb.arlo.com/000062438/How-do-I-factory-reset-my-Arlo-wire-free-camera

 

If that fails (likely it will), then contact support and ask for an RMA.
