Hello,  New Pro 3 camera triggers motion when armed and live viewing in low light condition only. Tested by placing in a box. Is this a hardware issue? Regards, Craig

Not sure why it would only be in low light but, yes, it would seem to be a hardware issue. Swap at the store.
