Both of my cameras  One is the Pro 3 and other is the Pro 3 Floodlight Camera. They are zooming in on their own without me doing anything. One of them zooms in on a tree and the other zooms in on the under side of the gutter. They do this automatically and wont record anything because they are stuck zoomed in. When i go to video settings and zoom back out it works for a little while and then goes back to being zoomed it. There has to be a glitch making them do this. I have tried removing both and then repairing and still back to same thing. The camera is useless when this happens because it doesn't record or pick up any motion zones, just stuck zoomed in on tree and under side of gutter

Do you have zoom and tracking on? I have see this also when the main motion briefly stops or slowed and the wind is blowing leaves or other motion. Some times it comes back to original movement in the recording. It does come back to normal in live view after a couple of seconds.

This happens when I go to view the cameras in live view. The settings under video settings somehow zoomed the camera in automatically. My activity zones are all bunched up very small in the top corner. When I click reset it goes back to like it should be but in a matter of minutes it somehow gets zoomed back in again. No I don’t have zoom and tracking on

That is different then what I experienced. If you haven't, try resetting the cam by  pulling the battery and putting it back in. If that doesn't work remove the cam from device settings and add them again. You will have to redo your mode settings.
