Cameras saying offline after its trigger

When a camera gets triggered with a motion, I get a notification.  When I try to play that camera, it tries to connect, takes forever, and then fails, and says camera is offline with an ! inside a red circle.  I know its not offline bc I keep getting notification from that camera.  The connection strength shows all bars.  My internet speed is 500mbps dl and 12mbps ul.  Arlo works like **bleep** and the price keeps going up.  Wtf right?

Can you remove the Pro 2 from the account and add it back on and see if the behavior you are seeing resolves.
