In Feb 27 2023 I was charged $119.88 for annual Arlo Secure. I was also charged $13.90 in March 21 and April 21 . My account says “0 plans participating “.
question 1- how do I get camera added to plan. The instructions I found were outdated and did not match with views on my device.
question 2 -how do I get reimbursed or refund for the 2 additional payments I was charged after I had the yearly plan.
question 3- how do I make sure I am not continuing double billed in the future.
I have the Pro3 cameras.

I recommend reaching out to the Arlo Support team using the Arlo Secure mobile app to further investigate this issue.. You can find support contact information under Settings > Support

Are you referring to asking the Chat? I have tried that several times and do not get the response that I need. All of the instructions are for older versions. I need instructions for current app. Please! I have been trying to get this resolved all day long!
