Camera not charging battery

I have multiple Arlo Pro 3 cameras. One is not charging the battery while in the camera. I can switch battery out and it charges just fine in another camera and in the charging station. I have changed chargers, charging cords and batteries to no avail. The leeds are clean and there is no debris in the camera housing. What am I missing?

Please reach out to the Support Team to further investigate this issue you are experiencing. You can find several options for contacting support though the Arlo Mobile App by navigating to Settings/System/Support.
