Camera is not recording

Hi,
My Arlo is sent the detector but it was not recording in library. I reset my base station but it is not helpful.
Can you please help?

Do you have a subscription? Did this just start? Details would help. If camera is newer the 3 month trial may have run out for cloud recordings.
