Camera fell off the mount and broke

I used my camera since a couple of months and this winter one of my camera fell off and broke on the concrete downs the stairs. Right now I tried to reach for support for the warranty but It's been a couple of weeks that I try and I can't have support because I wasn't using the subscription. Like seriously ?? I paid the bundle over a thousand bucks and because I use my own physical memory I can't use my warranty to replace my camera ? I'm really bummed to see that I don't matter as a customer because I won't use subscription.
