Sir/Ma’am,

 

Do you have any status on this case 42886600?  I got an email that stays a no reply email, and not information.  The camera does not worked and I went through all of the troubleshooting with the technicians.  This happened with another Arlo camera before and it took about a month to finally replace it.

yeah something must have happened because multiple people are having issues with unable to view live recordings. Getting timed out requests messages on website and connecting... on app but never load. I had this service since Feb 2020 and all these issues are happening now.

Yeah I got 4 cameras and two stopped working and now they want me to spend money to buy a new cameras by giving me a promo code. Not my fault the cameras are no longer able to view live videos. I should be able to send these defective cameras back for a replacement.

I finally trashed my Arlo Por 3 system.  I had nothing but trouble with it since I bought it.  From the 4 cameras that I had, only one was working with a blurred spot in the center of the images.  I do not recommend these cameras and the subscription service is bad too.  They are nothing but trouble for the expensive price that you pay.  The tech customer service is also very bad.  It's usually a person from India or that part of the World that responds and has no idea of what to do to solve a problem, they are only following a checklist.  A really waste of money.
