I have Arlo Pro 3 set up. I purchased the Arlo Outdoor Magnetic Charging Cable. It’s plugged in and I tested the outlet, but the camera won’t recognize the cable, it continues to show me the battery percent and doesn’t connect to the continuous charge. My other two cameras connected fine and switched over to continuous charge. The outlet power is fine

Kmoran,
If your other cameras are working without issue and the problem is isolated to a single camera, it could be a hardware issue. please contact the Arlo Support Team to further investigate. You will find several options for contacting support in the provided link.

As an aside, I've had a couple of occasions where wiping the contacts helped.
