I am seeking help for an existing case that I have with Arlo. I have had this case open for months now and the customer representatives keep pushing me off. They don't know how to solve my camera issues. They claim that they have escalated my case but I still have no resolution. Can someone please direct me to the correct department

I am having issues with blurry and unclear images at night with all of my cameras. I have done all of the troubleshooting that the arlo representatives have required for me to do and nothing has worked. They have even sent me a replacement camera which ended up having the same issue. So now I'm stuck with cameras that don't work properly.

Image quality is sometimes a perception issue coupled with the resolution and compression used. Post screenshots and links to videos of the cameras so we can see what you're referring to.
