Good morning,

My cameras are unstable and often appear offline.

The hub is well powered and connected to the internet.

The farthest camera is 10 meters away.

I have already tried to resynchronize several times but without success

How far away is the hub from your router?  If it is very close, then try moving it as far away from the router as the cable will stretch. 

Also, try measuring your network speed at the various camera locations.  Use the Ookla speedtest app on your phone, and disable mobile data during the test.  Your home wifi speed should give a good indication on the quality of the smarthub wifi connection at that location.
