Just purchased CVR option but it says AC POWER is disabled from the device and says not working! What do I need to do ??

My Arlo experience has been a nightmare at many levels so far !

Do you have AC power connected to the camera? Since the camera is constantly streaming with CVR, you can't run off just battery or with a solar panel.
