I'm having an issue with one of my cameras where it wouldn't connect for a live feed and it drained the battery very quickly. I did a factory reset and tried to reconnect it with a brand new battery. Now the camera is stuck on the video bandwidth screen and won't connect for a live camera feed. It seems to be a defective camera, any thoughts?

While it certainly could be faulty, bring the camera closer to your hub to see if you get the same thing. If it's ok there, it's likely the location causing the problem so choosing a somewhat different mounting place may be needed.

Yes I already tried that and it’s the same issue. It also worked fine in the one location for at least a year with zero issues.

Agreed that it sounds like a faulty camera. It also sounds like it's out of warranty so a new camera is in order.
