I think one of my cameras is defective. It needs to be charged weekly and sometimes it doesn’t charge when plugged in. I can’t believe you cannot call an agent or be called by one anymore if you are not paying for additional services. How can one complaint about a defect of their product?

Do you have a subscription for the camera, if so look in the app settings page for support and select the camera to see your support entitlements.
If your getting a lot of motion with activity or smart notifications applied this could be why the camera is running down quicker.
