Hello,

 

The Pro 3 Floodlight will fully charge and hold the Charge for a 2-3 days then suddenly drop under 20%. 

No change in video activity and weather has been mild.  

Purchased 05/2022 - firmware is up to date. 

 

Any advice is appreciated.

Do you have activity zones set up? Try deleting them so you get a true measure of the number of videos and the total recording time per day.

 

It sounds like it's possible that the battery is faulty. Monitor it to get accurate data and then use the app to go to Settings, Support. Select the camera and scroll down to Contacts to talk to official support for a possible RMA.
