Is the base station still under warranty?  If it is, contact support.

One possibility is that the power adapter has failed.  If the base isn't under warranty, you could try googling the part number and see if you can purchase a compatible (or used) replacement.  Obviously there is a risk here, but the adapter should be inexpensive.
