The subscription is for your cameras, bases, and doorbells - not the app.

However, you can only log into your account from one device at a time.  If that's the issue, then you can create a "friend" account for one of the phones, and then share the cameras with that secondary account.

BTW, it works much better if you accept the friend invitation on a PC.  The articles above don't mention that.
