My base station has been offline for the past 2 hrs. I have checked with someone else i know and their base station is off also.
Would be nice if Arlo told customers what was going on.

Something is going on, kept getting database errors when attempting to login on iPhone, and now I’m logged in and all my configuration is missing, not happy right now.

Check https://status.arlo.com/ where it shows an issue in Europe.

My base station has been offline also since 5/6 3:06 am PDT. Has anyone else having this problem come back on line WITHOUT having to do a factory reset? All 3 lights are green on my base station. I hope this isn't a tactic to get us to upgrade. That happened with the Pro3 camera I had because they could never figure what was "all of a sudden" wrong. That was right around the time they came out with the Floodlight Pro 3.

All LEDs being green means the base isn't actually offline. Have you tried using both the app as well as the web client (my.arlo.com) to test?
