My base station went offline this morning. I ended up going thru the Arlo manual step by step and also rebooted my router. The router correctly identifies the base station so I am ruling out the Ethernet cable. I did reboot the base station as it is part of the instructions. I deleted the Arlo app and reinstalled the app still no joy. In the app it shows "Your Arlo device appears offline". I did the reset however that doesn't appear to have done anything as my cameras are still listed and the base station is still showing as offline.
I do see Arlo has removed any contact phone numbers. No big deal as the people that answered the phone knew less than I did.

If you did the reset by holding the button for >10 seconds, you also have to remove all devices in Settings, My Devices to start fresh.

Hi,
Yes I did the reset by holding the button in with a paper clip for 10 seconds. What is the regular round button to the left of the ethernet cable for? I did remove the base station in the app and some how got it back. I am going to remove everything in settings and then delete the app. I charged the camera batteries and start over the whole install. Re download the app and start fresh. I disconnected the power and ethernet cable last night.

Hi,
I did a reset and a complete reinstall like I would do if the system was new in the box. It seems to be working fine at the moment. I don't know what caused the problem as it had been operating fine for at least a year. I will see how long it operates this time.
Thank you for the help!
