If my bandwidth output is 112 and my input is 12, could this be why my cameras are constantly offline? I do not know much about this sort of thing at all. How would i fix that?

Assuming that you mean download speed is 112Mbps and the upload speed is 12Mbps, you're fine. The real question is are you getting any notification of recordings? Do you get videos in the library? If so, the system is working and it's the display that has an issue. For the app, the fastest thing to do is to force close the app and then re-open it to see if that helps. You can also try different devices as well as the web client on a computer for testing.
If that doesn't help, reboot the router or hub, depending on what the camera is connected to for starters. If using a hub, what is the LED showing?
