Pro 3 - no 1 year free subscription plan

I have brought arlo pro 3 2 camara bundle with a smart hub. And i have been told that i cannot get a 1 year free subscription because these promo are not product specific but retail agent specific. I brought it from visions electronic canada. Can anybody suggest which dealer or store provide 1 year free subscription plan in canada. ??

Not sure any do as the Pro3 comes with a 3 month trial to smart. The Original Ultra came with a  year trial but all newer cams have the 3 month trial. What trial does it say on the box or something on the receipt?  Your sales person may have been confused.
