Automations/Routines for recording every day for a fixed period of time fail (Arlo Pro 3 & 5)

I can't get routines to record every day for a fixed amount of time. I want to have a specific camera to be on every night between 11 pm and 6 am – whether we're home or not. I've tried to create an automation that activates the camera at 11pm and asks it to record a video. At 6 a.m., another automation deactivates the camera. The automations is associated with arm home and stand by. What am I doing wrong?

My setup is 2 hubs (#VMB4540r2) at each location with 2 cameras each (3 x pro 3 & 1 x pro 5)

Screenshots of your modes may be useful. Is everything set to the default positions (I.e. no toggles have been made for various options) in each mode? A fuller description of your attempts may also be useful.
