Arlo wont save any videos

I am having issue with my arlo cameras. The system use to save the motion recordings in the library but now it notifies me but doesn't save any. I even signed up for the cvr plan but i still can open my phone and watch the recordings. What are my options for the arlo camera to save motion videos in my mobile library?

CVR doesn't include motion video storage (though IMO it should).  You'd need Arlo Secure to get cloud motion recordings with the Pro 3.  If you don't really need CVR, then maybe cancel that and get Secure instead.
