Good afternoon
I renewed / purchased an Arlo subscription and the money has been taken from my bank account, however it is showing that I have no subscriptions in place. This was 2 days ago. Could someone please assist?

I've checked the email address associated with the account you're using here on the community and it does not show any subscription plan associated with the Arlo account.
Are the charges you're seeing pending charges or are they completed?
