Need assistance. My Arlo subscription stopped suddenly. Now I cannot even enter a CC as I am in CANADA!!!! Tried PP and it comes up with an error code.
Honestly, this customer is not happy.

The country code associated with your Arlo account is US. Did you make the account in the US?

I am sure I activated my account for Canada. Need a solution to remedy this issue if that is the case

The account associated with the email address you use here on the community shows a US country code.
If you want the account to be associated with Canada, you need to recreate the account while in Canada. After recreating the account you will need to factory reset and re-onboard your Arlo devices: https://kb.arlo.com/000062659/How-to-factory-reset-Arlo-devices
