Arlo smarthub will not record for a desired duration

My pro 3 smarthub can no longer be set to record for a desired duration.

for example the software seems to no longer have a setting where I can set the recording duration it has disappeared.it now records for Radom short durations.

io ho delle arlo pro 3 ed ho il medesimo problema, la modalità è configurata per registrazioni di 60 secondi e mi trovo spesso spezzoni da 10/12 secondi

It's not a hub issue, it's your account and/or camera. Try rebooting the hub as well as your phone. You may need to reinstall the app. Failing all that, reinserting the camera batteries may be needed.
